The songkok is part of the ceremonial uniform.It is neither bout race nor religion so it should not be made into on issue said Phee a state executive councilor.Datuk Keramat Assemblymen Jagdeep Singh Deo Said He would consider penang State speaker Abdul Halim Hussain Advice to assemblymen to wear songkok.
